How long does the application process take place?

Once your account is submitted with a copy of your ID and void check, and in some cases additional supporting documents, it should be approved within 24 or 48 hours. The next step is to configure your terminal or gateway usually done the same day and you will be ready to process. If you order a POS system or standalone terminal it might take a couple of more days to receive the fully programmed and ready to use equipment.

How long does it take to get my money?

We have 24 hour funding by default, in some cases we can offer Next Day Funding or Same Day Funding, depending on the business type and requirements

How do i pay my monthly fees?

Our banks make a one-time debit on your account once a month by default, but you can request to be daily discount for a day to day processing discount.

Why do you need my social security to approve my merchant account?

Every application undergoes a Risk analysis and it requires a personal guarantee in case of losses due to processing. So the only way the processor has to protect against losses is with the signer’s personal credit.
